Gerald Edelman LLP has confirmed that there are no matters connected with their ceasing to hold office that they consider should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.

The Board would like to place on record its thanks to Gerald Edelman LLP for its services to the Company throughout their tenure of office.
